What I Do to Manage my Anxiety
I used to struggle with anxiety, especially before going to work or into stores for shopping. The only place where I felt anxiety-free was at home. To manage my anxiety, I made some lifestyle changes. I limited my caffeine intake in the morning, used breathing exercises on my way to work, and drank calming teas like chamomile and ginger. I also incorporated physical exercise into my routine and made sure to include eggs in my diet while cutting back on sugar. These changes have helped me significantly in managing my anxiety and have made a positive impact on my overall well-being.
